The Scientific Program Committee are now accepting abstracts for oral presentations. It is anticipated that presentations will be 15 minutes in length (subject to change). We welcome any submissions which focus on innovative clinical trial design or analysis methodology. You may wish to consider the following topics:

  • Adaptive trials
  • Registry or embedded trials
  • Cluster-randomised trials
  • Missing data
  • Survival analysis
  • Personalised/precision medicine
  • Novel trial designs
  • Sequential randomisation

Note that this is an indicative list, and we look forward to receiving abstracts on other topics. Please review the submission guidelines prior to submitting.

Submission guidelines

  1. All submitted abstracts must be original work.

  2. A motivating example may be used to demonstrate the practical application of your methods, but the focus of the submission should be the methodology, rather than the results of a trial.

  3. Submission implies consent to audio-visual recording of the presentation, which will be made available to registered conference attendees.

  4. The presenting author must register for the conference for their abstract(s) to be included in the final program.

  5. There is no limit to the number of abstracts an individual can submit, but splitting of a body of work into multiple abstracts is discouraged.

  6. It is the submitting author’s responsibility to ensure the abstract title, author, and affiliation details entered in the abstract submission site are correct and exactly as they should be published on the abstract and all conference materials.
